Mahirap talaga kapag ang gobernor ay part time ding artista. Habang sinasalanta ng bagyong si Ondoy ang Batangas, ang gobernor naman natin ay abalang-abala sa pag-promote ng pelikula nyang In My Life at kasalukuyang nasa Isteyts.

yes i think she was promoting her film that time, the question is... "IS SHE REALLY BOTHERED WHEN HER PEOPLE SUFFERING FROM CALAMITIES?" is her being governor is not enough?, "DOES SHE REALLY CARE FOR BATANGAS CITY?"
Si Vilma puro kaplastikan lang. They are just using the funds of the kapitolyo to pay for all their personal expenses, including all their household staff, etc... Kunwari lang ang pagiging public servant sa totoo lang eh mataray at walang talagang paki alam sa batangas. Ang gusto talaga ay showbiz.
